[Resolved]FTP-550 Can’t create directory|227 Entering Passive Mode|553 Rename or move failure

I didn’t really understand why these problems came into the picture at the first place.

227 Entering Passive Mode (ip address)

550 Can’t create directory: Permission denied.

550 Can’t change directory to /imagedst: No such file or directory

553-Can’t open that file: No such file or directory

553 Rename/move failure: No such file or directory

Critical File Transfer Error

I am pretty sure not the Firewall or FTP problem. This is because I could upload file using the same way to another domain.

Hence, must be on this particular domain, that’s for sure.
Solution:
Login to Kloxo panel, select domain, select File Manager, go to root domain as you can see on the screen below.
Before that, Owner column on top right was admin , not my username for this domain.
Thus, change the owner by selecting the username and click update.

Problem solved.

Exactly Instructions:

Inside Kloxo panel – Click on Domain on left menu, that one below title advanced, scroll down and select domain you want to change an ownership. Look at “Change owner”.That’s it.

BTW, do you like change?

  • Change is hard
  • Change is inevitable
  • Resistance of change because fear for the unknown.
  • Much more

Here, presented to you a wondeful legenda song 🙂
